Our owner, Joseph Coscarelli, is hands-on throughout every project — from the initial consultation to the final walkthrough. As the owner, Joseph is personally involved in every project Rock Enterprises undertakes. He conducts the initial consultation, oversees the work, and performs the final walkthrough with every client. This hands-on approach ensures that the quality and communication standards he has built the company on are maintained on every single job.
