How We Work
Free Assessment and Estimate
We visit your home to assess the scope of demolition, identify any potential issues (asbestos, structural elements, live utilities), and provide a detailed written estimate.
Utility Coordination
We coordinate with you to ensure utilities (water, gas, electric) are properly shut off or protected before demolition begins. For larger projects, we coordinate with your utility companies.
Protection of Adjacent Areas
We protect floors, walls, and surfaces that are being kept with drop cloths and plastic sheeting. Dust barriers are installed to contain demolition dust to the work area.
Demolition
Materials are removed carefully and efficiently. Structural elements are identified and preserved. Plumbing and electrical rough-ins are exposed for the next contractor.
Debris Removal
All demolition debris is loaded into our truck or a rented dumpster and hauled to a licensed NJ disposal facility. We separate materials for recycling where possible.
Final Cleanup
The space is swept, vacuumed, and left clean and ready for the next phase of renovation. We do a final walkthrough to ensure nothing was missed.

Homes built before 1980 in Monmouth County may contain asbestos in floor tiles (especially 9x9 vinyl floor tiles), drywall joint compound, pipe insulation, and ceiling texture. If asbestos is confirmed, we coordinate with licensed NJ asbestos abatement contractors to safely remove the material before our demolition crew begins work. This adds time and cost to the project, but it is the legally required and safe approach. We will never disturb suspected asbestos-containing materials without proper testing and abatement.
Load-Bearing Wall Removal in Monmouth County NJ
One of the most common demolition requests we receive from Monmouth County homeowners is removing a wall to create an open-concept floor plan. This can be a straightforward project or a complex structural undertaking, depending on whether the wall is load-bearing.
A non-load-bearing wall (also called a partition wall) can be removed relatively simply.
